Bespoke Heating was instructed to make corrective work on a previously poorly installed Ideal combi boiler. This required taking the boiler off the wall, making a frame, and then installing the boiler again. An inline valve in the upstairs bedroom had not been removed prior, by a previous company, and therefore Bespoke Heating also had to remove said valve - this required lifting the laminate flooring. All work looks to have been done to a good standard with minimal disruption. The engineer (Stephen) and a younger apprentice (I forget his name, but also very professional) performed the work. Great communication from Debbie throughout too.Gas safety certificate arrived within a week after the job was finished.Dr. Thomas Sheldrick

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Even on a Sunday evening nothing was too much trouble. Our engineer was friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Customer service from Debby was also amazing. It's refreshing to find a trade company that not only delivers a great service, but also doesn't make you feel like your burdening them with you needs.
