Tll bearded guy at the window of drive through at 7.45 tonight. Why lie to people. Got told they had virtually no dips. Wouldn't refund meal. Drive round past the window and can see people eating said dips. Go in and I can see them from the counter. Why lie? You have nothing to gain. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you just treat people with badness for no reason. It's not your money. I hope people start going in to check now as this is not the first time I've been told you don't have basic stuff.

Absolutely incredible managers I rock up 12 minutes to closing time expecting to get evil stairs to find out. I was welcomed and encouraged to order what I liked so I did just that managers were very nice. Staff were even nicer.

It's OK......better if you are dinning in maybe. Have been through drive-through and have delivery. There are always missing items (even entire meal combos) and some items are not presented well. Don't expect any sauces even if you asked for them or paid for extra. I always make sure to call after placing orders for delivery so they know about previous missing items but noone does check.

The fact that the delivery drivers shoving their bags on the take out area is a joke!! Make a specific area for them or for hygiene alone not let them put their delivery bags all over the counter expecting to be served first when there is customers waiting. At least other McDonald's have specific areas for them to wait and take their orders.. very poor here as wait times can be very long too, that's if your order is correct also.

Very busy, but small site. Staff mainly pleasant especially the Polish(?) man working the tills and serving tables on Wednesday lunchtime.

Easy to order however order lost in the system after showing on screen and on my phone over 20 minute wait. Staff more interested in messing around or serving delivery drivers.

I can’t lie, I had high hopes today, just came back from the gym ready for a small meal. Then boom it hit me, I realised that I had to wait 20 minutes for this small order and wow was I annoyed. This is very unacceptable and iam really disappointed as iam a local… very disappointing…Also I must add, the ice coffee was absolutely loaded with ice! I mean come on can we please have a cup that FULL WITH LIQUID very disappointing and will be taking further action if this occurs again.
