Right this is not designed for outdoor enthusiasts but more street wear and fashion I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing any of the kit in here up a mountain or hiking personally. Layout is ok some of the trainers seem ok but way over priced stuff.The one star is for the sales person Body odour that stunk the shop out so bad I left in a hurry basic hygiene guys

What an awesome store. I was unfortunate enough to have a fault on my North Face jacket. Its within the 2 year warranty but I couldn't find the receipt. I arrived 10 minutes before closing yet Jan couldn't have been more helpful. He went through transactions based on my purchase and found my receipt on the system. At this point we were past closing time and I explained I'll take a credit note and return to repurchase......No Jan went above and beyond and showed me replacement options and talked me through the newer North Face fabrics....Ended up leaving around 20-30 minutes after closing time but delighted and still a strong ambassador for the product and service supplied

Visited your store at Cabot circus. I’m a size 14 and there were no jackets on display in a size larger than small. This was across the store. There were no larger sizes out on the shop floor. Unfortunately you lost a sale.

Bought a jacket for christmas and within a month of wear the stitching on the embroidered logos was fraying and coming loose. Contacted online customer service who said to go in store to sort out. Was met by a very dismissive man on the till who said to cut to loose ends off myself and that this kind of damage didn’t fall under warranty. Since been back to online customer service who said this man was wrong and they have to accept an exchange under warranty and by law as was not satisfactory quality as determined by consumer rights. The man in this store made me feel so stupid for even asking and was so flippant about something which is no small fault considering the cost of the jacket. Will not be returning until they train their staff properly on their own warranty and consumer rights.

I received a North Face jacket many years ago, and it has finally started to literally come apart at the seems (after more than a decade it must be said) so I popped into this shop on a whim recently to see if I could get a similar replacement.The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help, and clearly knowledgeable about their current stock and other lines. We found a jacket extremely similar to the one I had, and it felt amazingly comfy and cozey even on a hot day in June! I was tempted to go ahead and buy it but it just wasn't quite what I wanted.The staff recommended I bring my old jacket in so they could help me further, even if it meant going online and looking at stock they don't carry in their own store (which is kind of a big deal since real life in-person shops are a dying breed these days).I hope these folks genuinely like their jobs and weren't just putting on the Customer Service face for me, but even if they were, it worked, and I felt very well taken care of, and eager to go back next time I'm in Bristol and actually make a purchase!

North face always my favoirt . I had jacket for my wife £324 when I took home we saw jacket been faulty we took it back to shop lady who was on til she were manager she been very rude and miserable very bad experience never go that shop.
