Took nearly a week to get my part out to me, when it arrived the security tab was ripped. When I sent it back in the same condition it arrived they sent me a picture of it with the security tab in 3 pieces and returned it to me. I've not only lost a customer but am £200+ out of pocket and have a pcb I don't require.

No other website has diagrams like these guys! makes it 100x Easier when finding parts for my boiler, Prices you will also find are very competitive so wouldn't go anywhere else.

Many thanks to Grant who went out of his way to source the parts for my 2006 vitopend boiler, which in 12 years has never broken down, which I think makes these the best boilers in the world. Very pleased with the way I was dealt with by Grant and Lesa, not many companies would have taken the trouble now a days, will always come back to you, thanks

Have always bought all my Viessmann kit from John as not only has he been able to source what I need but has also been able to help me spec the correct kit required for the job.One order I had a faulty hot water cylinder, John drove all the way from Salisbury to London to swap it over at no extra cost just so I could complete my job on time.Top company, Top Service, Top Man

I've used Viessmann Direct since their early days, and their ability to pop the correct part out of the manufacturer is close to a miracle. The company staff are also responsive and flexible presumably because their procurement and billing processes are not yet bogged down by SAP.Their products are not cheap, and you can find odd bits and pieces at knock-down prices on the Internet. But for reliability, speed and the human touch, these guys are great.
