Bit frustated since I couldn't start my car due to battery failure. I called ETB for item and price inquiry. They confirmed that they did have 1 on stock.The mechanic did a quick check and showed the status as Bad and Replace". I agreed to have a replacement. However

Phoned for help replacing a headlight bulb Lewis said come down we can help drove to them i arrived and both were playing with there phones will came out and i removed front panel ,filter intake,sensor wire,and clamp for outlet as he watched I lifted air filter to show the wire underneath that I needed help with he just looked and said your better off going to quick fit I don’t understand these new cars then suggested Halfords his mechanical knowledge is next to nil and his customer skills are even less not surprised now I was the only customer there but that will never happen again as I will never go back there just wanted to warn people of there incompetence wouldn’t trust them putting the kettle on never mind fixing a carRoy

Found the guys said very little as customer but got straight to work soon as I arrived. Taking about 30 mins to fit to new tyres. Fast and job well done. Definitely would use again!
