Nurtured by Hand Baby Massage and Sensory Yoga

I attend Kaylie's class with my partner and our newborn, and i was thoroughly surprised on how well, and organised the class was! We've been having trouble getting our son to settle especially through the night, the techniques kaylie has taught us at massage have worked wonders at getting our baby to settle, he loves it! (And I managed a solid 6 hours sleep last night! Bonus!) Kaylie has been a great instructor and is very knowledgeable! I learnt a lot from this course and my Mrs enjoyed a good chin wag with the other mums! We had such a great time at massage that we've now signed up for the baby yoga too! Can't wait!!!
