Good service, relaxed atmosphere and great refreshments!

It’s seems if you are a new customer then this barbers the staff aren’t interested. Don’t be fooled by what they say on the website. Didn’t feel welcome at all.My son and I entered the shop with 2 customers already having their cuts, no issues. When these customers were finished my son was supposed to be next but the team then served three more customers who had turned up after us. No acknowledgment of why. Needless to say I the left the shop. Time wasters.

Recently I've received several compliments on my haircut and asked who cuts it. Yes, the team at MRB also welcome ladies into their men-den too! Lee does a cracking job cutting my hair. He worked in a ladies salon for years, so if you're a lady with short hair, you really get the best of both worlds. If you want a fantastic pixie or faux hawk cut with an awesome skin fade, you'll walk out of Middle Row Barbers feeling a million dollars.

Just visited with my 3 year old and had the best experience! Felt completely safe, everything was so clean and staff were wearing all the protective equipment. Damian is totally fantastic and put my nervous little man at ease straight away. Couldn’t recommend this barbers for boys of all ages enough!!!

Brilliant barbers, all the mod cons and toys, drinks etc while you wait in the seriously comfy settees. Really friendly warm atmosphere from the second you open the door. I am disabled and hadn't been to a barbers for a while and was quite anxious, until I got there, and was instantly made to feel at home. I can't say enough good things, find out for yourself. Really good value!

It may not be the cheapest in town but for me it is the best. The cuts are always smart and crisp, the shop is clean, and the customer service has always been excellent.

Had my hair cut with Justin today. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Nice to use someone who really cares, he done a great job. Will defiantly be going back. Thank you Justin

Very friendly staff providing a good experience (free drink is a nice touch) - at the time in the shop everything is fine. (Heads up and caveat with this review I am a fairly hard customer to please) -- TL;DR: if you're not too precious about your hair and just want a good cut with a friendly vibe, this is your place -- So, unfortunately getting home and seeing the end result I was left dismayed: With the haircut, providing a clear outline of what I wanted to achieve to being given something that doesn't provide anything of what I wanted (i.e the look and styles I wanted to do with it after a lengthy chat going over it, I simply can't do). Don't think I've had a haircut that made me feel quite so upset before... I got a shave as well, and the experience was highly relaxing, but again, checking the mirror afterwards, there was lots of patches missed, and wasn't as smooth as I've had in other barbers (i.e Kings in Horsham, Ted Baker etc.) - and there was so many cuts and bloody patches - I feel the razor must've been dull, as I had to go over it with a razor at home. All in all, for my needs/wants from a barber this place doesn't quite cut it (pun intended)
