The automated telephone booking facility is floored!Spent 16 minutes going around in circles attempting to just speak to a real person!Prior to actually managing to speak to someone it had told me 6 times that there where no appointments to see a doctor (at 8.02hrs)! Eventually had to select the ‘home visit’ option to get through to someone!Would have been quicker to write them a letter requesting an appointment!Sort it out Calvert

What a place 9 weeks for appointment the place allways empty and they cant be arsed to sent my perscipion to the chemist still waiting now said we will phone you back no chance

I contacted my doctors surgery fir a appointment to be told I had to wait 6 weeks which was on the 9th march ti receive a text message to say it will be under 6 weeks before I can get ti see a gp. I have since replied to the message to be told the case is closed

Absolute shambles. After they got an item wrong on my repeat prescription I had to ring the surgery 3 times to chase it up. I rang at 5.10pm and was waiting 15 minutes in thequeue" when the service disconnected. I rang back and waited for over an hour then heard i was first in the "queue"

Staff in the surgery are lovely and cannot fault them but the phone line are not particularly great and hardly any of them seem bothered with helping and don’t care that you have been waiting over a month for an appointment to have bloods booked in and tell you if you don’t heard by 5 working days to call back and they will submit another form or go to the surgery to book it. Then you are given an appointment for August which is a totally of 2 months after your doctor advise you needed them. I get they are busy but why is taken 2 month to have bloods taken !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.When I first came to this surgery it was great. But now you can never get an appointment even ringing at bang on 8 o'clock. You can be on hold for 40 minutes then none left.I've called today to get an appointment for my daughter waited 25 minutes on hold to be told there's no doctors on today??? Just a nurse. Absolute joke.

No mother and children parking making it almost impossible to take my 3 week old son to see the doctor. And is only open in the morning! I now have to take a day off work to see a doctor.

They didnt do a thorough ceck of my thyroid, i had a blood test (which a receptionist gave me the results for, NOT even a DOCTOR) and said i was fine, but no other checks were done to ensure it wasnt thyroid problems, then when i went to belgium i went to the doctors, and they picked it up straight away. Its shocking.I'm a young female losing weight, suffering from fatigue and losing hair, it doesnt exactly take a rocket scientist to figure out that checks on thyroid should be made. Your service isn't thorough and it's dangerous for people who could have more severe illnesses lurking. Also, last time i asked NOT to be called in the morning, they called first in the morning. Its the worst service ive ever had from a doctors.

Shower of hit with a side of S. All they do is send my girlfriend to Newington which takes half an hour to go to due to traffic, appointments are always delayed about 20 minutes, literally takes 2 hours out your day for what should be a 10 min appointment it's getting ridiculous.If I ever ask for an appointment it's always telephone and they don't ever do anything, took 2 years for them to do anything about mental health, there is answer is always go on pills, don't even bother to look into your medical history.

Complete joke when trying to get an appointment. Even when they ring to say the Dr needs to see you it can be 10/11 days later when you get an appointment.As for 'on the day' appointments then good luck. Phone constantly engaged and then IF you manage to get through all appointments are gone!Way too many patients on the books and not enough doctors to see them. Only had locums for the last 2/3 years as no GP is crazy enough to take on the workload.Would have given zero stars but that's not allowed.
