Attended treatment for filling. Very impressed with the treatment outcome and how well Rabia Maqsood and Mohammad Islam worked together. What a great team!

I was seen within two days after losing a filling. The Receptionists were cheerful and friendly. As always I received excellent treatment from my dentist Fatima who explained everything very clearly. I am very happy with the treatment I receive at this surgery.

Fell and chipped my front tooth. Saw Fatema for a filling and she put me at ease straight away and I was looking brand new within 20 minutes. Thank you. Whole staff were brilliant.

Adnan Arafat was very rude and discharged me for no valid reason. I have been in pain for several years and his practice and behaviour was very unprofessional, I am so glad this is not my regular dental practice, very poor behaviour from Mr Arafat. This has been escalated to the GDC.

In the past, I have had lots of problems with Drakes Dental Care on Longridge Rd and it was extremely difficult to get through to the practice on the phone, to get replies to emails and to not have appointments cancelled by the practice at short notice. I made enquiries at lots of other dentists and if it hadn't been so difficult to get a new NHS dentist, I would have left without hesitation.However, the new team of receptionists have made it feel like a completely different experience. They get back to you quickly when you leave an answerphone message (although now, I rarely need to leave a message as they answer the phone!), they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful, they are accommodating, they ring you back when they say they will. I know lots of places struggled after covid but the poor service here before the new reception team joined was particularly bad. Now I would recommend them to anyone. They are lovely to children as well - providing word searches to keep them occupied in the waiting area and they even had a Halloween one (and Halloween decorations) which my children loved.It's not often I change my mind about somewhere after poor service but I'm so glad I stuck with Drakes Dental Care because they are brilliant now. I was referred here for a tooth extraction. The Oral Surgery Specialist Dr Adnan Arafat and Dental Nurse were great and very polite. They explained everything clearly, would definitely recommend!

Super fast and efficient. Dr Arafat the dental surgeon explained everything, dealt with my nerves and extracted my tooth in no time. I had been dreading this experience but it was fine!

I used to dread my dental appointment at this practice but since the ownership has changed I can't fault any aspect. The reception team are lovely and the dental team carry out their job with great skill, care & kindness. I'm no longer worried to come back.
