Manchester Ear Clinic

I went to see Joanna after foolishly using swim earplugs, whilst washing my hair!!I became nearly stone deaf for two days, and I was beside myself worried I had damaged my ears!!Joanna immediately put me at ease, telling me she would restore my hearing within minutes, which she did very gently removing rather a large amount of wax from both ears. They perform miracles at that clinic I swear.If you’re anything like me, your ears get blocked every year, and the NHS advice of just using ear drops is pretty useless to you. Since the NHS won’t provide this routinely, this is all that you usually get.Not only were they able to provide a same day appointment on a Saturday, which is absolutely amazing, but the procedure was quick, simple, and quite satisfying.After examination and removal, I was presented with the evidence, which was absolutely horrifying but showed that there was no way on Earth that I could have solved that myself with just ear drops!This is now my second time I’ve been to this clinic and on both occasions the results were equally as dramatic, and on both occasions she was professional and kind. I highly recommend their services!I swear I can hear in ultrasonic now :)

It’s my second visit to the clinic and I highly recommend it. I was able to get an appointment the next day and booking was easy. The nurse is always very empathetic and reassuring, makes sure I am fine during the procedure, and provides comprehensive advice on how to take care of my ears. Although it turned out that I had an ear infection and not simply blocked ears, visiting the clinic reduced the pain and provided me with some clear insight into my problem and what I should do next (while my GP practice told me I can’t get an appointment for another two weeks). If you struggle with hearing or ear pain, look no further, I wish every nurse was like Joanna.

Had a severly blocked right ear but have had issues with blockages for some time in both ears but was always apprehensive to have them cleared. Phoned Ear Clinic and got an appointment next day. Alison was so pleasant and professional and cleared both of my ears without any pain or discomfort and made me feel very comfortable throught the process which took only 10 minutes. So glad I had his done and I now have HD hearing :-). Will be getting regular 6 month check ups from now on. Thank you so much

Had deafness in one ear for a number of weeks and managed to get an appointment on the day with Joanna. It was ear wax (rather than something more serious) and it was removed within minutes. Totally pain free and fixed the issue immediately.

I can highly recommend the Manchester Ear Clinic. Having not one but two blocked ears and no luck with drops I was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday. Joanna restored my hearing within 15 minutes and the procedure was very efficient and pain free.

My ears are quite sensitive but the procedure was quick, painless and satisfying! Been having trouble with ear blockage for months, wish I booked in earlier as I can finally hear properly again. 10/10 service- thank you!

Highly recommend this place. Joanna has been amazing to me on 3 separate occasions. She understood my situation and I left with a huge smile on my face every time. She is an absolute angel sent from heaven. If you are struggling like I was, Joanna is the one to go to for help!!!! We need more people in this world like Joanna.

I was under the impression that I had an ear infection due to harsh pain which I endured for a week, after visiting the Manchester ear clinic under the care of Joanna I had eventually received the treatment which was appropriate as required. Joanna was very professional in her field and very reassuring. The micro suction procedure carried out was swift, effective and pain free. Thank you Joanna once again. Highly recommend.
