Alex Wright and the team, (in this case Kerry Bates & Tia Russel) were fantastic.Mortgages is tough business at the moment and we got very little help or solid advice from our original broker (Hal E Fax), where as with Alex and team we got everything. All wrapped up in a friendly, informative sheet of professionalism.Can hand on heart recommend that you at least reach out to them and see what they can do for you - it's all business of course, but it doesn't feel like it and its the best kind of business as it works and leaves you satisfied.Thanks Alex and team.Danny & Vanessa

We dealt mainly with Nathan Dauncy, although a few of his colleagues spoke with us whilst he was off. The whole process with simply was first class. The staff are so lovely and really helpful from the first phone call to the day you secure your mortgage. Would defiantly recommend and will defiantly use you guys again if we buy another property!

Simply were extremely friendly and professional from the outset, offering support and advice initially, sending the mortgage application and clear charges but actually making the process of sending all the relevant documents to progress the mortgage so easy & clear. Jack, Tia & Kerry all performed excellently and their diligence ensured my mortgage application was successful and has ensured I can purchase my new home. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought giving my feedback can help give someone reassurance to who might be in thought of using this services. I worked with Alex at first, he was was VERY fast in accessing documents in one day and submitting application to lender. I was impressed with Alex. Then Senita looked into the application with lender, she was amazing in answering all my questions and regularly updating me even before I ask. Also simply secured us a mortgage offer even when other broker was unable to.

Wish I could give them 6 stars , If you are lucky enough to have Rob and his team work on your Mortgage. They will do what they can to support you and get you the best deal possible and make it so simple to understand. No joke, our current remortgage took 72hrs from submission to full offer. Amazing
