Wow, we were so impressed with the service we received today. Our vet Rebecca and orthopaedic consultant Fran were outstanding. Highly professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We got expert care and advice from start to finish. The hospital is exceptionally well run. We cannot speak more highly of our experience. We hope our dog Poppy will not need to go back but this hospital will be our first choice for any future referrals. Thank you Queens Veterinary School Hospital for looking after us all.

Great, people are lovely, caring and understanding that these animals are your pride and joy. The first thing you see is the reception desk, they was very helpful, understanding and kind. We had the trainee at first, she was lovely, looked at you while talking, was talking to the pet while examining him. Well done. The vet was very nice and talked us through about what the plans was for the animal. Over all the experiences was very nice. Thank you.

Cannot thank the staff at the hospital enough for their care and attention of my very poorly boxer puppy. Didn't think he would make it but due to the excellent care during his 10 day stay and the brilliant aftercare and advice. He now is a picture of health. Thoroughly recommend.

Such friendly caring staff. They gave me an urgent appointment within an hour, saw my dog and sorted out his problem. Hopefully he will be back to his boisterous self soon.

Cannot fault the whole process, absolutely blown away by the professionalism, the compassion and expertise. These guys are second to none, travelled 2.5 hours to and from for over a week to use them and would do it again in a heartbeat. The surgery and level of care they carry out is just outstanding, they’ve changed my dog Tommys life completely and for that I owe them everything. Amy and Laura a special shout out to you, you’re a pair of utter angels, plus all the nurses that partook in his care, thank you again.

After an emergency vet visit had tried to euthanize my cat instantly, I refused, took him home that evening and booked in with the QVSH next day. What a transformation, these guys put my cat through scans and ICU until the problem was found and a solution discovered. They took care of my cat so well and have given him the medication he needs to stay stable.I can't thank them enough for the extra time they have given me with my best friend.Special shout-out to Larissa, Cat and Joe ❤️

Couldn't have taken better care of Vinnie, the dog. Did so many tests to find out what was wrong, and the dogs' interests came first.Sadly, it wasn't good news, but the way they handled everything couldn't have been better. A true credit to animal care.
