Great staff here that always go the extra mile to help. Store is well presented and well stocked.Click and collect really useful and stops you waiting round if you know what you need before dropping in.Haven’t bought a kitchen or bathroom here but am so tempted with the brilliant displays they have an offer.Top work Wickes

Staff saved me after a customer decided to change their mind half way through a projects and double the amount of material needed, the staff were really helpfull in help load my vehicle with 2 pallets.

Whatever you do don’t purchase 2.4 Matt de king and expect it to be that length as they 40 mm short and the manager can not do anything about it so I am off to trading standards advertising a product that’s is not correct tbh manager useless

COURT ACTION THE ONLY SOLUTION APPARENTLY.. Terrible customer service... Months of debate and being passed on to a third party supplier... No solution to complaint... The photo shows the quality of bulk lawn seeding soil they supply.. The third party supplier offered a very generous 25% refund!!!!! For a product you could not use.Left with no option but to look to the county court for a decision if my complaint is fair... The photo says it all.. And some of the other social media reviews that I have seen since about the third party supplier had the same issue.

Its alright i suppose. I mean the staff could be a little more responsive, in that i mean when asking a question to a member of staff (on several different occasions) to get more than a blank look in return, or ummmm

Do not use this company.We had a Wickes kitchen designer come and measure up and all seemed fine. Well, it does when they take your order and your money.From there things went downhill. We were informed that the installation could take place a month from the order to be then informed after paying that the order would be installed six months down the line.Luckily we were given an independent fitter who saved the whole project and fitted us in on time and who I will not name here and will review separately – they were fabulous and saved us on numerous occasions.Wickes were terrible from poor customer service, refusing to fulfil your consumer rights to return items no longer needed as part of the order, measurements taken incorrectly, parts missing..I could go on.The last point is the best one of all. In the end our fitter had to order the parts off his own back and have delivered to his store.An original estimate of three weeks fitting extended out to seven weeks with the missing parts.Avoid…

The store was wearing a new look today when we went in to look at garden tools. Although we didn't quite like the ones available, we ended up buying a handy tape measure instead and decided to check other options available on the website. Check out was seamless and the staff at the till was pleasant.Overall, the store was quite organised, the items were neatly placed on the shelves, which were properly labelled in bold prints, and the aisles were spacious as always.There was some sale ongoing especially on the bathroom and kitchen units. We found the new range of kitchen installation quite modern and beautiful. (See picture and video).P.S: There's free parking.

Visited twice to spend over £3,000 on a new bathroom. On first occasion, though tried to attract attention of sales staff, they just talked to themselves. Second attempt was met with sales staff more intent on chatting up the cleaning lady. There were three other customers, none of us had any joy with the sales staff and we all left disappointed. Obviously making too much money to need customers!!

Was ok. Not the biggest.Really needed to use the loo but out of action so I couldn’t carry on with my shop. Very Dissapointing.
