Good relative price and delivered quickly (base delivery charge) via informed shipping by DPD. So BC would certainly be a company I’d use without hesitation.

Shocking company !! Do.not bother ordering from them .I ordered goods that were shown as in stock ,then payment was taken from my account . Once this was done the items were unavailable for 3 Months even though supplier has stock . Then eventually given acknowledgement of a refund because they won't supply what I purchased. Then repeatedly as for refund to my account.

Awful. Of the numerous orders I've had, the majority have had items missing. They don't mention it in hope that you don't notice, and when questioned they never even had the items in stock, but were trying to pull a fast one and keep the money regardless. They never refund the (rather high) delivery charge even when the main item you wanted wasn't sent out as they never had stock. I won't be using again.

Absolutely do not use this company. Delivery took far longer than the 2 working days stated online. When delivered the fascia board I ordered had been cut terribly by hand and all the lengths were different sizes and the edges had been completely butchered. They told me just to cut the butcherd ends off rather than sending out replacement products. They also sent out 2 fewer lengths than were ordered and are now telling me they will only refund for 8 lengths eventhough only 8 were delivered. Overall terrible customer service. Use National Plastics or local euro cell dealer instead they are 1000 times better!

Product was really good, it’s just a pity that you use Everi for delivery, they are a shambles of a company, it was dumped on my door step, fortunately a neighbour had taken it in but for this reason I won’t order again.

Poor customer service. No number to call for queries (number displayed on Google does not work). Had to use a chat box with very delayed response. I placed an order, waited a week before I contacted them as the item still had not arrived and was told I was sent an email regarding an issue with the supplier which I did not receive. No apologies but did give a refund.

Ordered some fancy extra sticky scrim tape, got sent a cheap Chinese brand instead with next to no adhesion. I should add that this was when they had access to both my email and phone number, yet they did not think to contact me to ask if a substitute for the out of stock product (their website said it was in stock) would be acceptable.Not one star because they at least refunded me... Except for the tax?Questionable reliability to say the least, perhaps steer clear of this one.
