Water pump replaced. Vehicle sent via a third party. Gary kept me updated throughout and ensured my vehicle was returned in a timely manner. I will be 100% using this garage in the future for repairs and servicing. Keep up the good work!!!

I was recommended to take my car to Autotechnik by a few people, my car (B9 Audi S5) was having over heating issues and loss of coolant, the coolant temp gauage was going mad and i was having to top up the coolant every other day, after speaking to Gaz and getting it booked in, i knew that my car was in the right hands, i was given regular updates about what was going on, how far into the job they were, what parts were needed, the cost and availability from the dealers etc. if you cherish your vehicle like me and want proper professional service by people who actually care then this is the garage you need to use, i wont be taking my car to main dealers or any other garage again! My car was sorted out fairly quickly and for the work which was carried out the price was very reasonable. I had my water pump and thermostat housing changed, coolant pump changed, vacuum solenoid and few other bits. The car has now been back with me for 3-4 weeks and has not missed a beat, driving and feeling better then before.Many thanks to Gaz and the rest of the team at Autotechnik!

Highly professional, great experience. Gary and his team are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their customer service is beyond amazing.My 2011 Skoda Superb was taken in for a major service, DSG gearbox oil and oil filter change, brake fluid change and to diagnose excessive oil consumption. All of the tasks were completed perfectly, I'm very happy with the service received.When dropping the car off, they listened to the problems and then gave a preliminary opinion of what the issue might be. After the service, their hunch was confirmed and they were very helpful in setting out the way to resolve the issue with the car and gave a really detailed and clear explanation of the problem, making sure we understand it all.Definitely recommend them and we will be sticking with this garage and coming back to them.Once again, thank you!
