Macaulay and his team did a fantastic job of refurbishing our en-suite after a botch job by another company last year. I’d highly recommend them. They’re friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. They covered the carpets and cleaned up after themselves every day so I had no mess to clean up. Our shabby old en-suite now looks and feels like a spa. We were so impressed that we asked them to install a smart toilet and fit new taps in the downstairs loo (more photos to come). Thanks Macaulay.

employed hizzard to fix a boiler problem a week ago.couldnt fix it on the day and left us hanging on the premmis he would get parts and finish the job, ignored all our calls all week and with still no working boiler i had to get a propper engineer to sort it out(which took 10 mins). he clearly diddnt know what he was doing but too proud to tell us. complete waste of the £50 call out fee. will not reccomend hizzard to anyone unless the are a fan of being left with no hot water or heating.

Can't recommend hizzard plumbing and heating enough! I was in a pickle needed someone today and they come today! Did all the bits I needed connecting up and was efficient,clean and freindly! Thank you!

Had Macaulay and his team in for a bathroom refurbishment earlier this year, knocking down a wall in the process to optimise the space for a walk in shower. From start to finish Macaulay and his apprentice took extra care into the project to ensure it was to the highest standard. From getting the carpets sealed from dust, to taking care in the finer details. His communication with other trades was to schedule and the whole project ran smoothly. After a few months I got Macaulay back for a boiler swap. Again, talking me through the process and showing me what boiler would suit my property best. Great job, will put his name forward to all friends and family.

Hizzard plumbing and heating have just completed a full heating system for me boiler upgrade from old style system to a combi boiler.Brilliant service Macaulay kept us updated on everything that was going on.Our heating is now 100% better and the hot water pressure is amazing.Good value for money.Would highly recommend and will use in the future for further work.
