I recently had NDC fix my broken boiler and I couldn't be happier with their service! The team was professional and efficient. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but they also offered regular maintenance services to ensure my boiler stays in top condition.Highly recommend.

They send one technical engineer to my home to fix the leak of my toilet. He changed the flush system and went home. Within few hours water was leaking through the seal and I called the agency. It took four days for them to send the guy again to repair the seal. He visited and resealed the flush tank. He told it was water leaking through the seal and never told it was our fault. After two days I received an invoice of additional 90 pounds to pay and when I called agency they told I used the toilet within two hours so it was leaked. Hence they charge me. I was sure I didn't use it and I informed them the same and The leak was there within few hours after the technician left our house. They never heard me and charged me for someone's mistake. Really bad customer care and when I asked to make a complaint to the company they gave me an email address and its been three months I haven't got any reply for my mail. Will never use their service again. Not at all recommended.

The developer Jarvis Homes employed NDC plumbing to install the heating and water services in my property. In the short time we have occupied our home, we have experience a significant water leak in the kitchen, absent heat in the underfloor heating circuits, dodgy fit and finish, ineffective Tower TRVs installation, unbalanced radiators, jammed pop-up plugs in wash basin sinks, leaking shower cubicle. Attention to detail is low quality.In my opinion this contractor is not a competent installer, and has an unresponsive and extremely poor customer aftercare service. I had to deal with an arrogant plumber with little consideration for the customer.I would not recommend this company and that you should go elsewhere for a better customer experience.Marc from NDC contacted me and endeavoured to ameliorate my concerns. It was decent that he apologised for the apparent lack attention and made an effort to remedy the situation. In that regard he balanced the radiators, replaced the TRVs and most importantly he was the intermediary to get some defective parts on a Roca vanity cabinet replaced.So well done Marc.I have decided to amend my rating upwards to reflect the effort to make amends from 1 star to 4 star.
