Staff have been helpful for me but the opening hours are atrocious. 2 hours per day in the week and at a time when most people leave for work meaning the only day I can ever collect is a Saturday. Would be helpful to either open earlier or at least one week in the evening.Fail to deliver card for missed delivery and not updating hours both online and on the door.

My parcels arrived on time, considering the on going strikes which are going nowhere!!!!!!Just give up and accept the changes, they're not that harsh.

Disgusting staff on the phone. Phone to ask where a parcel is that was suppose to be delivered by a certain time, to be told they don't know where it is. After watching the post ladie on my road. To then have the phone dropped on me.

A (Helston?) driver called Tristan collected a parcel from my home. It was a dreadful experience.

I dont understand when I had a delivery yesterday morning from the postman delivered 1 parcel to me but in the afternoon an attempt was made(we don't usually have deliveries twice a day) at 3.23 and was classed as access inaccessable when it's always accessable gate is not locked its just a loop over the gate post. Lift the chain loop it's all that's needed it's not locked. Been here 44 years never had a problem with the regular delivery people at all. Then you can't talk to anybody on a phone other than automated to see if it will be redelivered and tell someone it is accessable and when you give tracking details they can't recognise the letters GG. So sad .

Helston collection office open for 2 hours each morning, closed all day Wednesday, so people who actually work, can't get pick up parcels till Saturday morning IF they don't work then.Absolute joke, with a little hand written sign in their window, explaining it's for public safety.Can you imagine if the police or nurses, firemen, factory workers, supermarkets etc only did 2 hours a day in the present climate??What makes the Royal Mail think they are so special, Royal Layabouts more like
