Normally a good shop, with good customer service and helpful staff but today I went in asking for some Bisley .177 practice pellets, all I got in reply was got none." I asked if they had any other .177 pellets in and got a "yep." Eventually I just decided to leave as clearly my business wasn't wanted.I'm sure this is down to the staff present at the time as the other times I have been they have been wonderful."

All I can say mick your a gent you have sorted me out every time I've come to your shop over the years and I'm pleased to say its been a pleasure every time. My last visit was to pick up my air rifle THAT I HAD BROKEN lol less said the better lol anyway you went above and beyond to get it fixed for me and I appreciate it very much.
