Excellent place to have home cooked meal with fresh vegetables. We've been in Devon for a week & I would rate this place NO1 for quality & price. Homemade is definitely Homemade! I would highly recommend. Already booked for Friday

The king's arms is a lovely local pub good local sourced food the owners are very friendly and the staff are brilliant beautiful beer garden overlooks the marshes and axe river and golf course have alpacas in the garden family run worked for them extremely lovely people to have worked for great food lovely garden overlooking the marshes and golf club very accomodating

If I could give more stars I would. Been here a couple of times now and the steak is absolutely cooked to perfection and the cheese cake is out of this world. I 100% recommend this place but make sure to book as it gets busy!

Excellent simple food . Had the steak special we both really enjoyed it . Had been in the night before for a few drinks it’s was shamefully quiet for such a nice pub . Locals and visitors alike need to visit these places to keep them open . Use it or lose it . Not a pub that shouldn’t be busy every night . Excellent beer and lovely staff

Fantastic views as you sit in the garden with the alpacas in the foreground. Dog and child friendly. The food was very good and cooked perfectly to our tastes. The staff were pleasant and helpful. If you want to eat at weekends it is advisable to book beforehand. Overall we enjoyed this place most of all during our visit to Seaton.
