DPDCan not deliver …. Worse than Yodel…….After 40 yrs in distribution I can say they are liars, unprofessional and incompetent. I will never understand why people use companies like this

I have been waiting by the window waiting in the cold for DPD and tracking them. I was number 91 and I have been tracking since they were at number 70. Getting to number 81, I got a text message that they missed me. This is unbelievable. Why would they say the missed me when they were not here. They said my diver was Carlton.

Awful Delivery Service, Went to a house nowhere near mine took a picture and said they couldnt deliver it. The house had a for sale sign on it and you could see in the windows it was empty. No one lived there...

Poor and unprofessional service. Lazy people working at the depot. Customer service is hopeless. When trying to speak to someone they hang up on you.

Delivery driver parked outside drive for 5 minutes, then drove away. Then received a message saying not delivered as couldn't find your property. Is Stevie Wonder driving for you??? Shocking customer service, couldn't understand that i was saying he knew where the property was as he was sat outside the drive in the van. Disgraceful company attitude and service.
