I had to go here and was welcomed by warm smiling faces and offered tea or coffee. I had an meeting for half hour just to meet my worker and basically introduce ourselves and i felt totally calm and relaxed.my only disappointment is myself i had a letter posted out with time and date to go and start to talk about what happened to me but I never went.As the days came closer i began to get anxious and suffered a couple of panick attacks on just thinking about going.so i have regretted not going ever since.
