Excellent meeting with representative who answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. The reach and number of patients attracted me to accept the meeting but the actual presentation and digital element of the projects really surprised me. Great value for money compared to local magazines and newspapers which are so old and tired!! already had 3 customers from it directly and only been live for a month!

Very underhand and sneaky company. Led me to believe that my advert would be in a prime location and it wasn't. The bread of the hospital with the board was closed down immediately after the ad went live due to Covid restriction and there was no consideration taken for this. Said the TV screens would show my ad and they haven't been switched on in months. Card slots have no cards in. the quality of what is there is awful and does not have any resemblance to what I received electronically. I never received the 100 cards promised. So my ad was shown to nobody for months and when it reopened, it had become 'urgent care' and not Outpatients. Hardly the place for people to be attracted to an ad for newborn photography. So I tried to cancel via email and heard nothing back from them, to this day! They waited until after the renewal date, having sent no invoice and no reminder, to send debt collectors and then they tell me I should have written and not emailed to cancel. They could have responded to my email to tell me that even if it was in the contract which was shoved under my nose on a tablet to sign. But no, they know full well that if they ignore it and wait until the end of my contract year, they can have me for another year. so sneaky. My bad for not reading every single bit of small print, but their way of doing business and how it affects tiny businesses already struggling, is beyond belief.I won't give in to this and am going down every Avenue possible before I put myself into serious debt to pay this.

Used this company to advertise my business recently and was very pleased with the experience. All the staff I engaged with were courteous and polite, all costs and such were outlined clearly and the design dept worked with me to create an artwork aesthetic that I was truly happy with. Ads were then also up in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend for any advertising needs.

Professional Scam artists disguised as a legitimate outfit who should be ashamed of being the lowest of the low. But of course they are not as they continue to making business from conning everyday people out of huge amounts of their hard earned money. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DO NOT TRUST THIS SHAM COMPANY / CRIME SYNDICATE.

Signed a contract to advertise at hospitals at 4 different positions in early Oct 2019, the salesman told me the advert should be up within a few weeks after they receive the artwork. No one contact from the artwork department 2 weeks after I sign the contract, and the artwork they produce was SO BAD! Took a whole week to do 1 simple change, still really bad, had to find someone to sort it out myself.Only 1 advert was up in Jan 2020. I asked them where is the other 3, they said I only agreed 1 advert, and they asked me to provide a contract to prove I should have 4. Since I didn't receive a contract, the salesman (Thomas Chappell) told me I will get one once all the adverts are up, I had to ask them to send me the form I sign on his iPad. And it clearly stated 4 positions!! Why do I need to prove what I agreed to, and they can't check it themselves?!Been chasing about the other 3 adverts since mid Feb 2020. Finally got a reply in early march saying the other adverts are printed and ready to install, then no more updates from them after.Contact them again in beginning of May 2020, they forwarded me to someone else to handle my case. I had to go through the whole 1 advert or 4 adverts argument with them again.After 7 months of waiting, i asked for a full refund. Since there is only 1 advert is up and never heard anything about the other 3, even the last payment went out on early Dec 2109!!This new person told me they haven't breach the contract, so they don't need to give me a refund. Also, there is no time limit for them to put on the adverts because they didn't state it on the contract.Asked them what is going on when can I expect all my adverts are up, their reply is As soon as possible, but there is no guarantee.Do not trust their salesman, since they don't care as long as it is not on the contract.Do not trust the company, since they don't really care as long as you paid.

The representative they sent out really took the time to listen to what we hoped to accomplish. Based on that, he recommended we focus on Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and identified the perfect spot for our advert. We sent a little spy to have a look and make sure our advert was not in the loo and true to what we were promised, it was in a prime spot.

Scam with the Name of NHS, Daytime robbery.A lot of Misleading information by the salesperson especially telling that they work with NHS.They especially target new companies, pretending they are part of the NHS offering you this big advertising with them in front of hundreds of people so imagine all that new business. They are threatening court proceedings now.Very sad to see many like us suffering, don’t understand why the NHS or the public services have not taken any action against them.We have to report them and have to fight against these money ripping companies.I feel all the 5 star reviews given by them selves.If you read Trust pilot reviews you can understand clearly how many people were suffering.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve never been scammed so badly in my life before but lesson to be learnt now. Please try to avoid. Majority of the reviews on Google seem fake and I would not trust these 5* reviews as they are most likely fake accounts.This has really negatively affected our business financially and I would not recommend it at all. If you want advertising use your money on something else as this is a waste of money. The sales person James Watkins, came out to our clinic and really tried to appeal to advertising in hospital and since we are a healthcare podiatry business, it made sense. He associated himself with NHS which is not the case. We didn’t have time to do our research as he made me sign the contract that day and once you sign, that’s it. But we have had ZERO response from either James Watkins or Gary Molyneux and have already been made to pay £4000 for the 24 months contract within the 6 months, just for a 20 second advert that I could’ve had easily made for a lot less money. And the location is in an area in the corner and there is a TV already in the main reception! Also I was advised I would have it in more areas including the GP surgeries.Since taking my money, no one has been in touch to check up on how things are going and I have been emailing with no response. Appalling customer service, all they want is con you of your money then they disappear. AVOID.
