Very rare to find a genuine family business in the motor trade, but this one is for sure, no hard pushy sales just relaxed atmosphere at your own pace, nothing to much trouble, and a smashing cup of tea. I will genuinely be back when it's time to upgrade .

My wife and I spotted our new vehicle on the web .We made contact with Jane who invited us down to look at the vehicle plus others that they had on show. The vehicle we were looking at was an ex mobility wheelchair carrying vehicle. Her brother Simon was on site and he took us over the vehicle in it's entirety. After having had doubts as to whether the vehicle would go into my garage, Simon immediately said that he would drive the vehicle to my home address to see if it would fit. This he did and it did fit !! . What can I say, Jane was fantastic, she went the extra mile to make our buying experience so memorable, in spite of her just coming out of quarantine after having Covid. I found a van online I called them up, Jane was so helpful on the telephone i went to see it at there garage, Simon and her Dad was there and they both did a great job. Then i went to collect it on a Saturday afternoon it was Simon who sorted everything out he was so professional dealing with all the paper work it went like clockwork so I can not fault them all at The Van Man, Credit to them all Thank you Jane, Simon and Jane's Dad.......

Collected up my new transit connect from the van man yesterday, what a lovely family run business, from start to finish the staff there made the buying process simple.They left me to look around all the vans at my leisure before helping me make a decision between two, they actually advised me that the cheaper one was best for me, I found this a most refreshing change from other experiences I've had buying cars and vans in the past.THANK YOU!

Outstanding company very professional. Had an unexpected fault on van shortly after I purchased . They dealt with this promptly and very professionally. It was sent to VW for repair under good will" I was given a car to use in the meantime. I couldn't recommend these guys anymore. Great family run company. Honest and fair prices
