Cheap parking located right in the city centre

Yep car park very central in Dundee seemed secure guys on duty was £20.00 for two nights

Great place to park if you are shopping or going to the Caird Hall in Dundee. Driving from Fife cross the Tay Bridge in the right-hand lane, once over the bridge switch to the left lane (Aberdeen). Gellatly Street is on the left, not far from Bridge. If you miss the turn-off, you have to go right around as Gellatly Street is one way. The multi-storey has a large amount of spaces available, it is a bit tight inside and the kerbs are quite high.Take a ticket on the way in, don't lose it. You pay when you come back, money or card accepted. Use the ticket to get out once paid, although on our recent visit, the barrier lifted at the exit without putting in the ticket. Dundee Council runs this car park, so any fines must be paid. The parking is very cheap considering it's a city. We parked around about 12.30 pm and didn't get back till 2 pm ish, and it only came to £2.50. This garage is open 24 hours and has an attendant. I noticed today that this carpark is now within the LEZ, not sure if Dundee Council have started to fine people but better to check your car is allowed into this zone without charge.

Reasonable prices for centre of town multi-storey car park is open 24 hours.Sunday parking to pay start at 1pm.

Today, Sunday 29th April, I parked at Gellatly Car park at 10.05 and returned at 4.30pm. I was shocked and horrified to find I was charged £9.60. I thought charges on Sundays didn't kick in until 1pm. Would NOT recommend parking here.

Safest car park in Dundee.

Good location in city centre, not expensive. Easy to park. Near every attractions in the centre.

It is very expensive to park here currently £2.60 for just one hour. It is handy if you have a purpose to visit the city centre but I wouldnt long term park at this location due to the cost

Easy to park in for high street shopping. Spaces are a good size. Seen the guy in front of us exiting and make a mess of his car on the high kerbs at the barrier so please beware. Reasonable price for being so close to shops.
