Pleasuretime Caravans

Just recently purchased a caravan from Pleasuretime. Nice family fun company and real pleasure to to deal with. A real change to dealing with big company that just want profit. They just give you real family feel and a great deal at that.

You will not meet nicer people than Jim & Eileen Lally along with Jo and the rest of the team. Pleasuretime are also very competitive, I have found that they tend to beat the web on prices (without bieng asked to) its no pun but it's a genuine pleasure meeting and doing business with them. Servicing is first rate, they put every tiny issue right on my recent service, you might expect that - but believe me some dealerships will fob you off on the small issues.

Helpful and trustworthy in what they tell you about the vans and good prices. I'm due to buy my second one next year and will be going back. Family business that want repeat happy customers.

We recently bought our first caravan from Pleasuretime caravans, Jim and his team put us at ease and weren't pushy at all, answered all our questions and gave us invaluable information and advice, they did everything they said they would and more besides, one of the best buying experiences I've had. I can highly recommend them.

I live in Southampton and found a caravan I liked the look of, but the problem was, it was 300 miles away. I called them and spoke to Jim. He understood what I meant when I said it must look and smell like new. He assured me he only has very good vans with no mokibg in them. He and his daughter sent me a lot of photographs, it looked great so they said the distance was no problem and quoted me a delivery price 30% cheaper than I had found online. Jim and his wife Ali delivered it a few days later. It was exactly as described and they were a lovely couple with a lovely family run business, when the time comes, I would love to do business with them again

Excellent customer service. Bought our 4th caravan from here and they are even delivering it to our seasonal pitch. Couldn't wish for better service or value.

We bought a caravan 2 years ago from Pleasuretime, we were given a really good deal and are very happy with the caravan and the service from the owner. we have had a couple of problems with the caravan and it has been repaired at Pleasuretime with no hassle for us having to claim on the guarentee it has all been done for us.We would not hesitate to buy another caravan from here as we feel they offer a genuine and honest service.

Just bought our second caravan from here and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest, helpful and a friendly family run business. They really can't do enough to help. Highly recommend this place
