I booked 3 sessions with Alex over a 2 months period whilst training for a half marathon, to aid with recovery and attempt to straighten out a suspected tight hip flexor playing havoc with my running form. I was amazed at how beneficial these sessions were. Alex targeted different muscles in each session which improved my posture and aided recovery between runs. Having previously been to many different therapist with the same issues, Alex was by far the best in every way. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic bespoke back massage. Alex really took the time to tailor the treatment to me and made me feel really comfortable, the space was lovely and calming and I left feeling very relaxed. Exactly what I needed and will definitely be back, can’t recommend highly enough!

Highly recommended! I went for a first consultation and sports massage with Alex yesterday, due to ongoing back and shoulder pain and tension. Alex was professional, personable and empathic - and based on how much better I feel today, very good at what she does. Looking forward to the next session at Ash Elate already.

After a block of 4 sessions with Ash Elate, I can say is an outstanding service. The room is beautiful, and calming, the bed is heated!! Thanks to the variety provided, I tried a different range of treatments and they all were very healing in its own way. My favorite so far is the hot stone massage! I was gifted a voucher for a pregnancy massage with Ash Elate. The massage was lovely! She checked in with me about how I would like to have the massage. I spent the back part of the massage sat up which was perfect for me and had good pressure. It was warm, comfort and relaxed. The room set up is great and easily accessible. She adjusted to my needs and I felt extra care with the little details, warm oils, heated towels and the little care package at the end. I really enjoy our conversation too! Thanks for an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere!

I had my first ever massage done this evening which was a full body pregnancy massage and it was heavenly. Alex was brilliant from the very start, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable before we even began. The room was so relaxing too, with dimmed lighting peaceful music and lovely scents from the oils. Alex ensured that all the pressures were comfortable and she took great care on my bump too. I left feeling the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time and already have been thinking about when I could book my next one in for. I highly recommend all you pregnant ladies treat yourself. I was given lemon water afterwards to hydrate and also a lovely little self care aftercare box to take away with me.10/10 experience, will be using again for sure xo
