Excellent Service. Spoke to the manager/owner Steve, for car plate change. He asked me to come in 15 mins and did the job quickly and in a reasonable price. This is when a nationwide company (Ha...s)had let me down! Thank you guys and you're the ones I'll always use now as you're local to where I live...

I did service my car 6 months agoLast month a warning light came up saying engine oil level high.I did call the garage and I was been told that is a common problem with diesel engines and is not their fault.I did go to a different garage then and they clearly told me that who done service previously has put too much oil and is not possible that a 3 years old car could have this kind of problems as Towcester garage told me over the phoneI ring them back but they where busy at the moment and been told I will get a phone call later which never happened.I did send a email also to them and never get a reply back.I will never go back there and I'm really sorry that I need to leave a review like this but I did wait too much for a answer from them

When the work required on my vehicles is beyond my capability or the MOT is due, I entrust Steve & his team to do the job at a great price & have total faith that I wont be taken for a ride.After several years of entrusting them to work on my cars, they have always made every effort carry out the work as efficiently as possible, whilst maintaining quality in their workmanship. I get a call & options are given.Steve is very friendly & makes the experience far less traumatic than it can often feel elsewhere.

Dear allIn respect of the last review , please find the facts were as follows1. We fitted a clutch to his car in the summer2. His car started stalling 3 months later3. He took it to numerous garages , had lots of parts fitted but didn’t cure issue & was advised it must be the clutch4. I obviously agreed to look at warranty issue if it was clutch5. Supplied a courtesy car that was perfectly fit for purpose except it has a small engine & front wheel drive , limiting the amount of available drifting & yes it needed a wash , however , better than public transport6. Upon inspection of his car. It was immediately obvious it was an engine issue , I spoke to him & he said that he just wanted it diagnosed7. It was quite complex to diagnose , so to prove it 100% I bought the failed part on a sale or return basis , fitted & adapted it to the cars Ecu, the car ran perfect8. He was told it would cost £300 for his car to be running perfect , he had restricted funds , so I removed the part & he was just charged £100 for diagnostics9. He, then tried to fit a used part of no known serviceability & without adapting to Ecu , he then got grumpy when it didn’t cure his issue - it never would10. Amazing garage, have fitted a whole new engine and new battery to my car and the service was quality. Put me priority and got it done in super good timing.

What can I say! They are just brillant, the staff and boss could not be more helpful.I got the father in laws car serviced the other day and as he's from out of town was worried as other garages he's been to have always taken him for a ride due to his age, he was over the moon with the speed and service he received. And I can also say from experience with my own car they are brillant.I would highly recommend without question them without question

My pickup wouldn’t start and I don’t live local in Towcester , I didn’t have AA cover so I called this garage on the off chance they might help me , it was just before they we’re going to shut up shopThe guy came straight out and got me going in no time, really nice lad and wouldn’t even take anything for his time and hassle, got me out of trouble big time, I definitely would recommendThanks againPaul from Woburn Sands

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Everything explained to you. They remind you when your MOT is due (very useful to me!) and most important of all, I trust them. Would not use anywhere else
