A very enjoyable and easy process! Car was exactly what I’d hoped for! James was an absolute gentlemen and turned around my thoughts on ‘car salesmen’ Not pushy at all and explained everything. I’ll come back for my next car, even with it being 3 hours away!

Hayden was super helpful and informative with all the information I wanted. We liked the car which obviously helps but overall everyone we dealt with has been friendly and any issues or concerns we had were dealt with. Why only 4 stars ? I suppose it’s because that’s what I expect when buying a car for a dealership . Honestly I can’t fault them during the whole process.

Very positive experience buying a car here with Haydn - nice environment, very honest interactions and no predictable sales pressure tactics. Just a nice atmosphere all round, feels like a professional set up. Would have been helpful to know that credit cards are not accepted, as they are a good value way of financing cheaper car purchases. Overall though, would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant team. Ponko is THE place to buy a car. I've been saving for ages to buy a Vauxhall Astra K and I looked at hundreds of adverts before finding the perfect one for me. Ayman at Ponko helped me through the process and I finally got the car I've been waiting for. Ponko is a professional outfit and everyone there is so helpful. I chose to go for the extended warranty and the paint protection. The sales process was so easy and we'll definitely be back when it's my husband's turn to change cars. I didn't part exchange my old car as it wasn't roadworthy but it seems like a very straightforward process if you want to do that with them. Thank you Ponko for making my car dream come true! I even got a free airfreshener!

I’ve bought 2 cars from these people ( under the name of Reed Auto’s) and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.We’ve had issues with both cars! My daughter’s car has just been into a main dealer who informed me the brake pads were incorrectly fitted. So much for them checking the cars over before selling them to me. The other car the hand brake wasn’t working at all and was completely broken. No customer service of any kind despite several phone calls. Avoid at all costs!!

Brilliant from start to finish and I’m absolutely in love with my new car! Sam was the salesman that helped me and it was his first sale, he was so professional and helpful and you honestly would not of believed it was his first sale. I have recommended the dealership to family and friends and we will be returning! Congratulations again on your first sale sam!Edit: although I cannot fault my purchase experience with ponko, I don’t believe the checks they do before the sale are thorough, I have had my car 6 days and already had to replace my windscreen due to a large crack caused by a small chip which I believe to of already been there before I owned the car and had to put air in the tyres due to them being very low. I emailed ponko about the windscreen and they’ve taken no responsibility for it even though I know I haven’t caused the initial chip. This after experience has very much put me off returning in the future.
