Placed an order at 9:17 am. Rider arrived the shop but can’t pick up the order. Then delivero have to assign a new rider .Call to the shop 4 times at 10am . Never answer. Terrible.. If you can’t handle the order at 9 . Then change your opening time to later or close it down .

Missing around 5 tea options, and a few boba ball choices as well - I can understand coming earlier to get more option if they’re running out by the end of the day, however for a seemingly successful business with more than one store open around the UK, id just hope they’d be aware of it!! £4/£5 for a large tea was standard, yet both of our fruit teas tasted average, and we wanted more flavour:(( not as many popping bubbles in our drinks either, assuming they didn’t have many left

I love bubble tea. But my son had really bad Reaction to it and awful stomach pains for 24 hours after so not sure we ever drink another again

Bought 3 bubble teas, paid extra for brown sugar bubbles but only 1 of the teas actually had it in. Have bought few times in last month but every time something is wrong with the order and doesn't taste fresh/good. Great convenient location but really disappointed in the service and quality. Hope another bubble tea company pops up around Churchill Sq area as not going to go back here.

Brighton Churchill square: Awful! Been here 4 times recently and never have the items to make the drinks advertised. Waited in a long queue today to be told they couldn’t make 3 out of the 4 drinks we wanted and the one they said they could make they had to doctor it as not any of the popping bubbles. Waste of time!

8th August 10.35am, 1 worker serving,told us they are not open yet.The website clearly states open 9am.He clearly didn't want to serve us!

i can here earlier today , with my autistic friend and i am quite frankly APPALLED with the attitude of the employees" she has struggled with social anxiety so we agreed this would be a good opportunity for her to branch out so i suggested that she ordered the bubble tea
