I cannot rate the practice highly enough. I am a very nervous patient but the whole team is superb at putting people at ease. Dr Shilpa is friendly and welcoming, but also calming. As well as her very pleasant demeanour, Dr Shilpa brings excellent skills and very impressive knowledge when answering questions. She really is everything one could want in a dentist and I recommend her and her lovely team without hesitation.

I used Shilpa for Invisalign. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Shilpa was so communicative and answered all of my questions - no matter how silly! Even for the aftercare, Shilpa arranged for extra retainers to be ordered (as I manage to loose everything!). There may be a lot of cheaper options available out there but I am very happy I used Shilpa and the team as the support and service I recieved was second to none. I have already recommended Hamstreet Dental Clinic to others and will continue to do so! :D

This morning I had the very best possible treatment from Lisa the hygienist. It was the first time I had met her and she is the best hygienist I’ve ever had to treat my teeth.She was so charming and friendly, she carefully explained everything she was going to be doing. It was all excellent, and relaxed.. I left with sparkling clean teeth, a most pleasant experience.The practice in general is the best I’ve had, I feel very lucky to live locally to such a good dental practice.Thoroughly recommend both the practice and highest praise for Lisa in particular.Thank youRosemary Scotcher

The receptionist Georgia and also Jay were the first contacts upon entering the Clinic and they were both very helpful. I had an appointment with Shilpa the Dentist and she explained to me the treatment that I needed and it was easy to understand, albeit even though I had some worries with a previous dentist. Wonderful experience! A great dental clinic. Highly recommended for kids and adults alike. The reception staff are very helpful. I was seen by Dr Shilpa. She was very patient with me, talked me through everything, and it was the best experience I've had at a dentist ever.i really recommend.

The best experience!! Such a lovely welcoming team. I was looking around for a while ( a year )for someone I trusted and felt in good hands. I have had very bad dental experience with my teeth. I’m a nervous patient but as soon as I had a consultation with shilpa I instantly felt I was in safe hands she was so thorough with explaining the journey with my teeth and so friendly which put me at ease. When I had my treatment done Terry (detal assistant) was just amazing, so calm very very caring. Changed my opinion completely. Couldn’t thank you all enough!

Today I had my first visit to this clinic. I am in my 70's and must say of all dentist practices I have experienced Hamstreet clinic is by far the best in all aspects of dentistry. From Georgia the receptionist and assistant, Jay the manager and Shilpa the dentist I can't thank them enough for their help and reassurance.

First time visiting this practice and can’t recommend highly enough. Dr Murthy and her team put me at ease straight away and were extremely professional throughout, explaining each step of my treatment during my visit. Will definitely be going back for future appointments
