Fantastic Customer Service and Great PricesI'm so pleased I went with PCUpgrade for purchasing myself a new gaming monitor.First of all the prices are very competitive, but secondly the customer service and technical help is second to none. I originally put an order in for a monitor that was technically not in-stock, but Leo from customer service contacted me immediately and referred me to Stu from their technical desk. I must say Stu has excellent technical knowledge and after a phone convo, which he summarised in an email for me afterwards, I decided upon a better suited monitor with which I am extremely happy with! Leo also upgraded my delivery to next day because of the original stock issue!I came for the prices but I'll visit again for the customer service and technical help.

Dealt with Stu at PC Upgrade and he was helpful throughout. He made recommendations based on my quite meagre budget and gave me really helpful advise. This was my first time building a computer from scratch and he was really great at not making me feel like a fool!When the computer arrived and I plugged it in, turned it on and nothing happened! This was no fault of PC Upgrade's but had happened in transit. A quick phone call to Stu and some photos emailed to him, he located the problem and got me up and running. Really great company - highly recommended.

Good customer service but as others have stated they don’t have what is advertised on the website. Ordered a pc part on the Friday expecting it on Monday/Tuesday but got a phone call after I emailed to say they have other parts in stock but upon looking more into it they were of a lower spec than I had ordered

Absolutely fantastic service from a UK business.PC upgrade went over and above to help me find the right product, even a offering a chat with one of their PC building specialists.Buying from a UK company like PCupgrade meant that I could call and sort any issues out rather than a faceless conglomerate like Amazon or ebuyer where you have huge issues in drop shipping and third party suppliers that will do anything they can to fob you off.Top service.Quick delivery.Quality products.Five stars.Highly recommended. Will buy again.

Superb customer support.I had an issue with a part I ordered due to compatibility with my system settings. Stu was very helpful at providing what needed to change and where and why.I’d come back based on customer support alone. Recommend!

Stu's service was second to none. I was grief stricken thinking my PC might be beyond repair but he fixed it for me in a very timely fashion with all my data intact at a fair price. There was great communication and customer service all around that far exceed every other PC repair company that I had correspondance with regarding my issue. I would go again for future issues.

Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service!First off, ordered an expensive component without much knowledge on the issue I was having with my PC, called up the team and they where quick to point out that the part I ordered wouldn’t be the best fix nor would it be worth spending that much on it. (Prime example of an honest transparent business)Reordered the right part with the help of Stuart on the customer support team saving me hundreds, he makes sure it comes next day delivered and sends me a step by step easy to understand guide on how to install the part I ordered (which as someone with no expertise was very useful)When it was delivered I followed the guide but ended up loosing some important miniature screws (which Stuart was willing to go out of office to post replacements for for free next day delivery) end up finding the screw in the end lolThis is now after hours Stuart on the Customer Support team offers some further assistance in his spare time to make sure that it’s correctly installed and has fixed the original issue I had all via Video Chat again so helpful.Absolutely blown away, very genuine business with genuine people who care about their craft and providing REAL value to customers. Like others have stated. They do not have items in stock. Placed a order with their advertised fast next day delivery". Received a call the next day stating the item on the website was falsely advertised and was not the item they have in stock which is a different model. They did try to offer a alternative which was a very low brand and I rejected it. There is a reason why they do not take payment for a order until dispatched
