I went in today to change a prescription. I waited half an hour in line to put it in and then waited nearly an hour and a half for them to fill it. I actually couldn't believe how badly organised they all were and how slow they were. I have never experienced service so bad. I am never taking my prescription there again. Avoid at all costs

Long queue half hour wait.Just to discover they didn't order my repeat prescription .went back when they said 3days later still hadn't ordered it.No explanation..had to go back to my doctor order a new prescriptionWon't be going back in boots again..

Called in because I hadforgotten one of my meds and we were in holiday. The prescription team were very very helpful and sorted me out with no problems. We'll done and Thankyou for saving a 300 trip home. Can't praise you enough

It is great to have a big Boots store in the retail park. However, there are always long queues for the pharmacy & long waits. The staff are wonderful though, patient & kind but looked stretched beyond belief. There are very few staff on the shop floor & the shelves are often quite empty. A number of products & ranges seemed to have been discontinued, in particular the men's shaving ranges & toiletries. The baby & toddler section has been devoid of anything recently so maybe they are awaiting a refit.

gave 1 star but deserve none we went to collect prescriptions they had not got the cream my wife wanted was told very abruptly they had none and its discontinued we needed this badly we left store p honed doctor and was told another chemist had this in stock went to collect better service friendly no que and did not feel we was to blame vile boots chemist miserable and stone face manager avoid never have the medicines available not got time for you and are rude unsympathetic unprofessional always blaming doctor but they are disorganised

Everything you need for your pharmacological requirements in one place, as well as a large perfume and cosmetics department, baby supplies, hair and beauty and even sandwiches and snacks.One criticism was the pharmacy opening times. The pharmacy is not open during all the opening hours of the main shop. It is not open until 3pm on a Saturday, which meant a return trip after other tasks in Haverfordwest.

Was unsure when purchasing an item which one to select from a good selection and the staff member Shellie went out of her way to explain the pros and cons of each... furthermore there was a discrepancy with the price at the till, as it was advertised for sale on the shelf at a considerably lower price.. Both Sandra on the till and Shellie sorted it with little fuss and I was very happy with the service provided.

I have to give a five star. I have been served by really nice staff ,I'm often in there for pharmacy as have a family member that's not well . But I have to say Hannah is amazing,she takes the time to make u comfortable,gives awesome advice on cosmetics as well as support.nothing is too much trouble.what a lovely genuine kind person.so thank you Hannah x

The most unfriendly and unhelpful service at the pharmacy. Totally uninterested, I was told a prescription would be available for collection Friday, but told it was 'upstairs' and 'you need to come back tomorrow'. Not quite sure 'upstairs' means. They either have it or not. Boots really need to take a good hard look at their current service.
