Glenwood kitchens have just finished our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the quality and finish. The kitchen looks amazing and the team were fabulous throughout.They were always on time and great to have around. They left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day and made sure we were happy with everything as we went along. The job was run like a military operation, we knew exactly who was going to be coming on which day. I was really impressed.From the initial design at the office with Matt I knew we were in good hands and I would recommend Glenwood to anyone wanting a professional, organised, quality kitchen fit. Magnifigue!. We had been researching kitchen companies for some considerable time without success, however from our very first visit to Glenwood Kitchens we knew we had found something very special. On this initial visit Pam and Claire provided a raft of information, explained the end to end processes and provided full answers to our many questions, and with no sales push whatsoever. On leaving the showroom we knew our search was over and that at long last we had found a company in whom we would have full confidence.This was quickly followed by Matt undertaking a survey, providing suggestions and resolving a small building issue we had long been trying to sort out. Pam and Matt and their team were so very helpful in guiding us through the full range of options at every stage, including arranging and accompanying us on a visit to the Quartz worktop supplier.Once all decisions were made we were provided with an item by item quote, itemising every single factor together with a work schedule setting out, day by day, the work being undertaken – removal of walls, removal of the old kitchen, taking up of the porcelain tiled floor, replastering, fitting of units/appliances, laying of the new floor, all precisely detailed, together with the names of the people who would be attending each day and even their time of arrival. Without one hitch the work was progressed exactly as planned, and,as other reviewers have commented, all with superb military precision. The guys were extremely pleasant, working tirelessly, cleaning up at every stage, minimising any inconveniences that may arise with a kitchen refit.Glenwood and partners have a wonderful work ethos, all working together to deliver a superb first class service centred on the customer.We are over the moon with our fabulous new kitchen (so reasonably priced) and so happy that we were fortunate to have found Pam and Matt at Glenwood Kitchens together with their exceptional staff and partners – many thanks to you all. An amazing company. Glenwood Kitchens fitted our first kitchen almost 30 years ago when Christine and Roger were at the helm and they were brilliant. Now in the hands of Pam and Matt (with Christine and Roger on hand) we returned to them for a total kitchen revamp and the amazing customer service is still exceptionally high. From the early planning stages through to completion all involved have been great. Our project involved the old kitchen being ripped out, re plumbing, re wiring, re plastering, floor levelling and all of this done before fitting the new kitchen. Pam produced a scheme of work, for a three week period, and from day 1, everything went with military precision. Workers were on time, work was completed on time all were very friendly and pleasant.In any major build (which this was), there may be something’s that don’t go to plan and we did have a few hiccups (faulty dishwasher, faulty hob, small area of work surface required revealing) but Pam, Matt and Christine have been so helpful, patient and addressed all the issues promptly and efficiently and all were replaced, perfect.Thank you to Pam, Matt, Christine, Roger and all who work for and with Glenwood Kitchens for all you have done. I would recommend the company and hopefully in another 30 years they will be still there to guide me through my next kitchen re fit.

We can't speak highly enough of their service. It felt like their first priority was that we should have a kitchen that we would be really pleased with as opposed to how much money they could make out of us. They were flexible (we did a supply only" deal in 2014) and Matthew went more than the extra mile to help. Brilliant!"

Glenwood Kitchens provide a professional, efficient service. The passion they have for delivering the kitchen of your dreams is wonderful. The team are there to help you make the right decision about the design, the appliances etc they listen to what you want make suggestions and give you various options. The showroom contains all of the samples you need to be able to see how the different elements will work together. The service from design to completion is excellent, the project management meant my kitchen was complete within 3 weeks this included building work, plastering, electrical, plumbing, fitting and tiling. All of the tradesmen did a fantastic job, the quality of work, units and appliances meant Glenwood delivered the kitchen I wanted.The after sales service is also fantastic Pam provided me with a demonstration of how to use my new ovens to ensure I get the best use of them. They also regularly hold cookery demonstrations where they have a professional cook demonstrate the ovens - this is well worth attending.Highly recommend Glenwood Kitchens.

1st class from start to finish.Lovely family business, nothing is too much trouble.. Pam and Christine were so helpful in the planning stage and all the way through to completion. No matter how many times I called in or rang to make changes they couldn’t have been more helpful.The quality of the kitchens are top notch.. and I had done plenty of research beforehand.There is something for everyone.. whatever your style or budget the staff at Glenwoods will work with you to help create your dream kitchen. I also have to give a mention to Matt & Andy their fitters who were an absolute pleasure to have around.. very professional and always left us clean and tidy at the end of each day.Thanks again to you all.. The service at Glenwood is second to none. I have used them for my Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom, all of which have been completed to an exceptionally high standard. I initially met with Pam and Matt when completing a house renovation and needed a new Kitchen. I was so impressed with the service, professional advice and overall high-quality result, that I have since used them for additional rooms and have not been disappointed with the result. The showroom provides a great insight into the different styles and options available which the team are happy to tailor to your individual requirements. The after sales service is fantastic, Glenwood ensure any queries or questions are dealt with immediately providing total customer satisfaction. Overall, I could not recommend Glenwood Kitchens enough so if you’re looking for a local, personal and professional service then I would highly recommend a trip to their showroom!
