First time i went here i asked for my hair to be layered and ended up just having random chunks cut from my hair, so i went back the second time (about a year later) thinking i must have just been very unlucky the first time, however, the second visit was just as bad.. an uneven cut and only resembled what i had asked for.

Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a good hairdresser who could cut and style my naturally thick wavy, course short hair. I have given one star as I was able to book my appointment some weeks ago prior to my holiday next week. I arrived ten minutes early and took a seat. The salon was very quiet with two customers being attended to a few yards away from me. I was totally ignored for the whole ten minutes until I was approached by a lady who asked my name. She then proceeded to tell me that the hairdresser I had booked was off with covid and would not be back until next Wednesday but was already booked up. She told me she could do a dry trim but not a cut and blow dry. I had given my telephone number but did not receive a call, and I need not have sat there for ten minutes waiting for an appointment that was never going to take place. I was so disgusted with the attitude that I left and made a comment that I would find another hairdresser for future appointments. This is not the way to run a business and in my opinion very unprofessional.
