The absolutely amazing team came out to our home to put our darling dog asleep. They were kind, caring and everything was done on our time. They made a fuss of her and made a very difficult time so much easier. I would recommend Highcroft to anyone. Thank you for looking after our girl.

I can not express our gratitude for the amazing care, service and compassion the staff at Highcroft showed my family and I in recent after losing our dog. The staff have been incredible, always willing to help, listen and have shown extreme kindness and support to us after making the difficult decision to put our beloved dog down. They made the incredibly difficult and painful experience of putting our precious dog to sleep more bareable and ensured we had privacy and time to say goodbye. Our lovely dog was with Highcroft Vets for 1 1/2 years and enabled us to give our dog everything we need to have the very best life. Thank you all at Highcroft for the support you have given us all over the last 10 years.

We've been using Highcroft Vets in Frome for our dog Sophie since December 2017 and we have always been pleased with the service. Even if there isn't an appointment available quickly, it is usually possible to ring at 8.30 to get one on that day. Earlier this week when we had a routine appointment I had a contact lens crisis which Julia the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful about, even managing to produce some saline so Top Marks Julia! Today we had an emergency involving a dog bite and were able to see Ellie the vet immediately. She is particularly kind and understanding with our very nervous whippet. Very happy to recommend and give 5 stars to this practice.

Frome veterinary look after both our dogs & they are always very friendly & caring.We had to take 1 of our dogs down on the day of our holiday to lanzarote as he hurt his foot. They were fully booked but squeezed him in & sorted his foot out with no fuss at all. I would highly recommend

Really nice vets, plenty of parking as they share their carpark with the pub next door. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. The waiting room is warm and comfortable

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. It always starts with a friendly welcome at reception. The staff are most helpful. On Wednesday, I took my black Labrador in to be checked over, and treatment was booked for the next day. Everything was clearly explained, and I was kept informed. I couldn't ask for better care and service for Bailey. Thanks to Max, Rachel, and all the staff. Thankfully, he's responding well to the treatment.
