Mixed feelings...I like the lighter, brighter store now thay they have moved into the Kingsgate centre, but it's much smaller so not as many product lines.

It was an unpleasant experience. The person who served me was very miserable and didn't even say please or thank you. He had very angry face. You need people who know the very basic customer service skills and who make people feel welcome.

Went today to shop there at body care Huddersfield branch which is located in Kingsgate, the store manager (JANET) was very much unfriendly with rude and disrespectfulattitude, when I tried to ask her about a product availability, she seemed unhappy to serve, she just snapped at me and left, leaving me wondering what kind of service was that like. JANET definitely, needs an intensive course in customer care,as I'm afraid, this behaviour will deter people from using this store.

Really good place to go to get your cosmetic stuff lipstick eye shadow face creams toothpaste ect ect at a really low cost I would recommend this place to anyone
