In short: Does exactly what he says to the quality he says in the time he says.In slightly longer:I was needing a quantity of matching sports kit embroidered to be used in National and international competitions. They needed to be of a quality that my employer would be happy to use to advertise and represent their brand.The quality of the work done by The Embroidery Place was up to scratch. The price was spot on and the service was professional.Ultimately the question is would I use them again? Simply: Yes. I will be putting another order in over the summer.Would I recommend? Again: Yes without out hesitation.

Excellent service and quality product. We were let down by another company and The Embriodery Place helped us out, got our product exactly as we wanted it on the same day, definitely recommend Malcom and team, they were awesome!

I would NOT recommend this company for embroidery. I had 6 polo shirts and 1 hoody embroidered badly! Wrong size of writing also the phone number didn't have a space between the code and number. When I told Him he has made a mistake he got v aggressive and said your getting no money back take it up with trading standards
