Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Walsall

Hired twice of them now- a van and a car .Great customer service and very helpful. Was given decent vehicles that were very well maintained. Picked me up and dropped me off too! Would recommend.

I had my courtesy car from the Walsall branch. It's hard to find until you have been there once. I was picked up from home and taken to pick up the courtesy car. After I returned it, about 3 weeks later, one of the guys drove me back home. All of the staff appeared friendly and helpful, especially Mohomi, Haydon, and Moheef, whom I dealt with directly.

Haidar and Jay were extremely helpful, polițe and courteous. Extremely rare to find such honest and gard working guys like these lads.

Always very helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They are usually there before the stated opening and stay late. Always looking for feedback on how they could be better. Car parking is around back, so need to make sure you don’t get stuck in the one way system out front.

Walked in today with aims of renting a car. Staff have good customer service skills with those they’re trying to sell something to. However, absolute disregard to a delivery guy who walked into the shop to give a parcel to the business - despite not being with a customer, no staff have the common decency to acknowledge and talk with a delivery person. Sure they don’t care but I’ll not be using these services. Treat everyone with respect, not just those you’re trying to make a buck from.

One of the worst branches they have staff is rude and cancels your bookings last minute even if u paid online happened second time and the staff behaviour is appalling not bother or apologetic at all.

The manager and some of the staff there are rude. 3 weeks ago i was supposed to have a car delivered? All now I’m still waiting. I called, was told I would get a call from the manager , still waiting. I called again, someone put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. I called several times after that thinking it was by accident I soon realised the fact they didn't answer every-time after that it was intentional. Disgraceful from a company like Enterprise. I’ve since started using Europcar 11/10 customer service and cars are actually in good condition and clean unlike the broken passat I had with mouldy peanuts in the glove box.

Hired a car for my pops for a wedding. We decided to go to the Walsall branch since it was nearby was met by Haider who was very polite and helpful. He was very informative and professional when helping us pick out a car and sorting out the booking.Many thanks to Haider and Hayden (also a friendly and professional chap) as we ended up with a beautiful 5 series 530e which fit the occasion showing they can meet the high demands we had since it was a wedding.Jay and Mitch also showed how professional and exuberant they can be when we dropped of the car. Had a good laugh with them both.Overall one of the best and most professional branches I've been to can't say I'm disappointed in any way whatsoever very satisfied with the service and how great the staff were! A lovely bunch indeed.

Had a hire car they tried to charge me £350 for damage that was there before my hire and they even showed me the damage before hand and acknowledged it but when I returned the car they tried charging me the money and even sent letters to my house. Very unprofessional don’t recommend
