the worst experience that i’ve ever had with a tech shopi took my laptop for a simple screen repair, no prior issues to bringing it, the screen broke due to a sharp object coming into contact with my former screen. i knew the laptop battery condition before taking it in by using the lenovo battery details application, it stated that my laptop battery was in good condition.after receiving the laptop back, suddenly, the battery simply will not charge. if the charger is not plugged in, the laptop turns off immediately. nothing has fixed this issue.so, i take it back; i complain, i explain that i know for a fact that the battery condition was good, and working sufficiently before bringing it in, and this is NOT a cheap laptop. whoever was serving me starts getting annoyed, speaking over me, rambling on and on about how he doesn’t know whether the battery was broken before i took it in. after arguing in circles for 20 minutes, i gave in, and offered my laptop to check the battery cycles so it could be verified that the battery worked perfectly well before taking it in (the shopkeeper stated that this was the only solution).while it was away to be checked, i am asked for my laptop password??? a ridiculous request, and even IF it was necessary, i was not informed of this prior to offering my laptop, obviously an ask that is something that most people would not be open to...when i received my laptop back, there are now four missing screws on the bottom panel, which were intact before i took my laptop back for the second time.unfortunately, and unwisely on my part, i took my laptop to this shop because i was advised to do so for a faster repair. if you have any repairs to do, obviously the best option is to go to a widely trusted company, or the company that you bought your machine from. if you decide not to do this for whatever reason, do not come to this shop. i was not given any sort of compensation for the waste of my time, and the damage done to my laptop.tragic service. i will never be coming back here, and i suggest the same for you.

Cracked my phone screen, spoke with Arpit and he managed to replace the screen within 30 minutes.A quick service with excellent customer service, and will recommend them to friends and family and be taking any other repairs here in future.

Avoid this shop. The repairs are awful and they use very cheap parts. I paid to have a new battery and screen and the battery was never replaced instead they just reset the battery settings so it says battery health is 100% but it’s not and the battery still dies fast and they charged me for a new one. My phone gets extremely hot now and the screen is also of very cheap quality and in less than 5 weeks I need to pay for a new one. The guy who does the repairs is absolutely clueless. Avoid at all costs !

DONT PANIC ARPIT CAN SAVE YOU.I was here on business in a hotel and my Samsung Note 9 started giving out signals of over heating, charging malfunction, it was basically gone. My link to the mothership destroyed.Within 20 or so minutes of handing my phone over the counter, Tech Guru Arpit had fixed it !! I was back in the game. Google was back in control of my life !!!Also very good and amiable chat. Thank you for repairing my phone installing a new battery and cleaning the electronics.Any kind of problems I can recommend you to come here. Laptops, phones anything electronic.
