Beauty Breeze is a joy to walk in! Its so clean , tidy and the deco is awesome!Besides the lovely environment, I have great experiences on my hair by Catherine and HydraFacial/ Wax by Shoba.I had my first Hollywood waxing by Shoba and must say it was a pleasant experience. She was an expert and very patience explaining and making me feel comfortable.With her expertise and warmth it was a wonderful experience .I would be frequenting Beauty Breeze more for my beauty needs.

Worst experience ever - do not get your lashes done from here.I got a classic lash set - no cotton pads were used to soak the glue - only tape, very close to my eyes which scratched my eyeballs and left them irritated. The glue also went into my eyes and irritated them further, leaving me with red bloodshot eyes for the next week AND I had a big event to attend and photos were ruined.During treatment, I was poked and prodded with utensils during the procedure and was informed that 'it is normal' for it hurt but I seeked advice from another professional in the industry and it should not hurt at all!After nearly 2 hours, I didn't even have a full set of lashes as the work was so slow. I ended up getting my lashes removed elsewhere and the other professional said 'what a mess' when seeing it.

Had LVL with tint and brow wow.Worst experience ever completely ruined my lashes just before a special event.The lady was really rough kept tutting and getting annoyed said my eyes were too fat then she was disappearing every 5 mins.She hurt my eyes said this was normal, she used tape on my eyes no pads.Has curled my bottom lashes up and some of my top lashes are stuck together and broken.Kept suddenly raising and lowering the bed without telling me, when ur laid flat with ur eyes covered this can be very disorrientating.Would yank my head suddenly.Snapped at me to stop my eyes watering.Overall terrible experience now have ruined lashes.The brow tint was awful ive done better at home myself.Definitely avoid this place not a happy customer at all.

I went to Catherine for a hair cut after having a bad haircut when I asked for a fringe in. I didn't like it. So Catherine cut it short and it was ok. I also had 3 colours put in my hair. The first colour was red when I had asked for Brown with caramel highlights. It looked ok in the hair salon. But when I got home I saw how red it was I went back I then ended up with lots of blonde highlight to cover it. Hated it. I had 2 more lots of highlights after that then. I went for my 3rd haircut. It looked nice when blow dried. But the next morning when I was going on holiday I saw the mess that had been made of my hair..so I spent 10 days on holiday with my hair tied up. I asked for a refund but got no reply. I have had to have my hair cut short yet again due to people that think they are good at cutting hair. My new hairdresser said my hair can not cope with all these short layers and my hair was in very bad condition. I am happy bow I know I have someone that ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TOOK MY MONEY AND RUINED MY HAIR. BEAUTY SIDE OF THUS PLACE IS AMAZING. CATHERINE SHOULD STICK TO THE HOTEL WORK. SORRY BUT IT IS TRUE.

Loved it.!First time of going there to have my hair cut and I would highly recommend it.So welcoming and nothing is too much.So calming too not like other hairdressers I've been to, definitely makes you feel relaxed while you're being pampered.

I had a hydrafacial for the first time yesterday and I absolutely love the results. Would highly recommend this salon, very professional and friendly too. Will definitely be back soon!

the person who did my facial wax was so sweet, made sure I was happy with it, throughout - really attentive!! def will b my go to for facial waxing now :)

I just had a Hollywood wax. Wow, so quick and practically painless. My therapist was brilliant. I will definitely go here again and I would definitely recommend as i cannot find any missed hairs! Bonus, I managed to park right outside and was in and out in about 15mins!

Had a wedding to go to in September, I had let my hair grow out for a year and so it needed doing. I wanted balayage as I had seen it work so well on others and I wanted to be about that highlight life.Cathrine was amazing, she talked me through what she was going to do and cut my hair so well that it still sits beautifully 3 months later. She was so welcoming and professional, I wanted to keep some of the red tones from my box dye as I thought it would work well with the warmer autumnal highlights and honestly I couldn't have predicted how amazing the final result would be.Cathrine made me feel a mili and I got SO MANY compliments at the wedding the next day. Thank you Cathrine, you made me love my hair again.
