Outstanding workmanship. Cosmin fit our bathroom and we couldn't be happier. His attention to detail is exceptional. He is warm, friendly, punctual, tidy and extremely skilled. The manager (Simon) is incredibly responsive so you never need to worry about any uncertainties or questions you might have as he comes back to messages so quickly. Would 100% recommend and will use again for any future home renovations.

We had a bathroom makeover from B&Q, who subcontracted to this firm. George and Alin were consistently reliable, conscientious and responsive. They cleared up well at the end of each day and explained each step of the process. Minor hitches were dealt with swiftly.The electricians, who installed an extractor fan, had poor communication skills and a poor attitude. We were told that they tried to route the extraction duct into our roof space, instead of to the outside, presumably to save time, but were intercepted by the fitters.However, we would use this firm again.

Love this guy and his team. They did such a wonderful job with a bathroom that was literally disintegrating and should have been replaced five years ago. They were amazingly quick and tidy. They hit a few problems but got on top of them so quickly it was amazing.All that’s left is for us to paint the back wall

Ten weeks to install a kitchen, three lots of installers and first attempt so bad it all had to be ripped out and started again! Communication and standard of works all shockingly bad!! Do not recommend anyone uses this company!

After a series of problems with a national retailer, Simon of The Jack of All Trades came to our rescue. He suggested a brilliant design for our new bathroom, and sourced all the necessary elements in a very short space of time. A perfect project manager, he kept us informed of developments, and responded immediately to all our queries. The new bathroom was expertly installed by Andrei., who worked hard and never seemd to tire. The final product far exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend Simon's firm highly enough.

Superb from start to finish. Outstanding work and service, I could not recommend this company more.Simon made suggestions to improve function, finish, and style. And his authenticity was captivating, geared towards customer service and effective communication. He should write a book on all his knowledge.The actual fitters were fabulous. Friendly and extremely hard working, they assured each stage with appropriate checks to ensure it conformed with our thinking. The whole implementation was better than I thought possible, but the finish is immaculate. Care and attention to detail was their watchword.
