Fantastic service from start to finish from dealing with Victoria in the sales team who was so approachable and lovely in helping me find my new car that I am thrilled with, as well as the service team and rest of the staff at Bells I couldn’t of asked for better. This has been a pleasant experience from start to finish, the team are out going, friendly and go that extra mile to ensure the customer is happy and drives away reassured, nothing is ever a problem with them. I got my Seat ibiza in July and couldn’t be happier with it. I will definitely be recommending Bells to family and friends. I’ve just bought my third Dacia car from Gregory at Bells. I had a first class experience from start to finish. What Gregory doesn’t know about car sales probably isn’t worth knowing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There was never any pressure just good solid information and advice. Gregory is just the full package- he is courteous, polite, knowledgeable and so easy to negotiate with. He has always got me the best deal possible and I really appreciate that he always goes the extra mile. He will always take time to speak with me even when I leave the car in for a service. He makes it his business to know when then car is booked in. Where else would you get attention like this?? He is genuinely interested in what car is best for me. We were really impressed with the sleek service we received from Conall at Bells. We bought a car from him and also traded in our existing vehicle. Throughout the process, Conall's communication was brilliant. He was able to answer all our questions knowledgeably and, importantly for us, he was never pushy. We were also impressed at the VIP membership the company offers and decided to include that as an add-on for piece of mind. When we collected our vehicle, which was previously owned, it was in excellent condition and had been cleaned and touched up so it looked nearly new. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
