I got my Christmas tree from the B&Q. I am based in southampton but work in Salisbury. I went to the store in Hedgend and they did not have any trees in stock. I rang the Salisbury branch who were quick to reply and have the stock. When I went, I was helped with the netting of the tree and advice to look after the tree. The whole service was very good, everyone was polite and helpful.The tree itself is very healthy and the price was very reasonable. I purchased the 6 foot tree which seems to fit well in our loving room and they have selections of decorations and tree stands.I would recommend this place

Great place to shop for garden tools and plants. Also stocks a wide variety of other home improvement and DIY tools.Parking is free and easy to access via Southampton Road.

Utterly useless click and collect. App tells you it is ready for collection when it is not. Store rarely answers it's phone. I was eventually told they had lost my order and there's nothing they could do about it. They were not going to give me my order or my money back until I complained

Great range of products. Not always the best prices on market, but when they're at clearance it's a direct buy usually. Paints, tools, screws, shelves, tiles and whatever you may need for your home or job it's there.Personnel is respectful, kind, with a smile on their face which makes you enjoy shopping there. Or doing shopping therapy... :P

I came to buy a second tin of B&Q's excellent Farrell and Ball colour- match paint in their Salisbury store. I had stupidly failed to note which of the variety of colours I had originally bought. Adam and Jess could not have been more helpful and I am so happy to say that thanks to their time and efforts I have returned with a perfect match. Hugely grateful for such brilliant service.

Really don't like being told that I have to now use self check-out. What was wrong with a bit of human interaction. Also due to the small size of Salisbury B&Q many things are often out of stock. And don't get me started on Southampton road...Staff are always very helpful when looking for something and welcoming as you arrive.
