I came into the shop wanting to print some photos of my partners nan as she just passed away. The man serving me was very helpful and lovely and did not get involved at all in the argument between me and the owner.I had a two year old with me which was bit grizzly as he was teething. He was running round the shop while I was sorting pictures out with the man and the owner rudely shouted at me and said control your child will you" ! I was very shocked how he said it and made me feel very unwelcome and we exchanged a few words and he told me to leave.Shocked at his attitude and how he dealt with me as a customer. There is a way of talking to someone in an appropriate manner.I will not be coming back to this place again!"

Excellent service when I went there with my partner for passport photos. Fast and efficient service. What more do you want/is there to say.

Just needed some odd size photos for an ID card. Amazing customer service, they went well above the expected, took the time and put in the effort to print my unusual sized photos. Many thanks, will definitely use again

Had a very bad experience and would not recommend at all. I am so angry. I had a broken sigma lens which I bought to this shop over a year ago. I paid £30 for it to be sent off to see what the problem was and get a quote for repair. After numerous phone calls past the time it was supposed to take my husband phoned them up and all of a sudden they had a quote.. for £500 we were not about to pay that amount for a repair to a lens so the lens has sat in my drawer for over a year, I couldnt afford to replace it and have had to use an inferior lens in this time . We decided to send it to sigma a day ago, as had nothing to lose after all its an expensive lens that I had only used twice before dropping it and could not face just throwing it away and husband had had his doubts about the service originally.Well we have already got the repair estimate back and what is wrong with the lens. Sigma quote £120 to repair plus parts not £500 ! so for the last year and a half I could have had use of my lens as we would have agreed to this realistic price.I doubt it was even sent anywhere, instead was probably left and at last minute when they knew they had not done anything with it they gave us a ridiculous quote . Do not bring your lens to this place for estimates, this is not just a few pounds difference . I am so pleased I kept hold of it as I could have just thrown it away , I was so very upset and even had to turn down work. Appalling service ! and would like our £30 estimate fee back at least !I Only left one star as it would not let me post a review without doing that

Had a great experience getting my film developed here. It did take longer than I usually expect, but it came sooner than they said. The film came out well. Possibly more expensive option than snappysnaps, as they have a loyalty card which in the end saves you money. But other than that can’t fault it.

Don't go there for visa photos. Their prices are exorbitant. I was quoted £30 for a set of US visa photos including electronic copy sent to my email. And £20 for a couple of 35×45mm photos to print + another(!) £20 to email that same shot to me in the right format. That's £70 pounds total (Yes, seventy!) for effectively one shot, two formats and one email with two attachments. Timpson does one set of any non EU format photos including electronic copies for £12.99. I literally went speechless when I heard the price. Honestly, I could probably have my portret painted for this kind of money. These people are in desperate need of some sort of reality check. ;)

Went here to get schengen visa photos done. Very fast and efficiently done. Good staff - baby friendly.
