Had an awful experience today with the staff at this store. I went to collect a parcel, only to have to shout my name 8x at the gentleman on the till before he then called it through, being moved around from till to till and wanting to return items and get new items. Then being told to get back in the que to be served again after waiting 20 minutes anyway. Shocking service, complaining the whole time I was in the shop regarding being asked to do their job.All about being nice at Christmas time, I understand it's a stressfull time but there's no need to act like children.

Recently took my dog for vaccinations.Receptionist said you’ve missed appointment (5 minutes late plus 5 minutes in queue)Was told vet would vaccinate but must be no other problems.Previous receptionists used to have pleasant customer service and would acknowledge and speak to visiting pets.Not any more, very abrupt and almost rude in attitude receptionist! ☹️Won’t be going to this vets any more!

Went for a raised bowl for my dog. Some bits were missing from the ones on display, and they had no more in stock. So that was a waste of time then. They only get an ok because of the friendly, helpful guy on the tills. At least they got something right.

Visited twice now for flea assistance and told both times I cannot purchase the products due to the correct staff not being on shift and to come back a different day. This store is charging a whopping £40 for a flea collar which is £7.99 on Amazon and is the exact same brand. If that’s not exploiting customers I don’t know what is. Also worth mentioning that the staff here stand in the isles on their mobile phones texting rather than working so just a big avoid this shop at all costs and please search for the products elsewhere in order to achieve a better service and savings!

Always get my animals food from here, lovely friendly staff. Must just mention bought the foxglove hutch instore with help from an assistant who had it delivered to my home free of charge in 2 working days and its truly lovely for my 4 guinea pigs. Easy to assemble when out of box too.
