The female sales assistant was nice but the male sales assistant was very rude. I did not realise that the shop was shutting so whilst I was talking to the female sales assistant (about an item), he turned off the all the lights and stood by the front door. The female sales assistant said the customer is still here, but he didn't care because someone was waiting for him outside his home! This incident happened yesterday.

Took a TV and soundbase here, and was told rather rudely they don't take TVs and soundbases, even though I spoke to someone in store and they said bring it down. Waste of time, only interested in serving crackheads for a their fix, then genuine customers who have decent goods. Took across the road to the charity shop instead and they were very grateful.
