Felt very COVID safe, excellent service. Felt extremely at ease, would highly recommend. Staff are very friendly.

I was having serious trouble with one of my molar teeth. The seamless appointment booking system on their website, helped me get an appointment for the very next day. Their Receptionist Alison welcomed me with a bright smile, helped me complete the patient form, and directed me to Dr.Gauri. I was little anxious at the beginning, but Dr.Gauri's friendly conversation helped me get comfortable and my tooth extraction was painless. They followed up with me the day after, to check how I was feeling. Thank you so much. The best dentist in Thornbury for sure!

Awful. Should be shut down! I went fir an emergency appointment having cracked a tooth. The locum dentist dud not want to remove so did a botch repair job that last just over a week. I had my check up 2 weeks later so left it. Things were looking up when the lovely dentist said she would refer me to Emersons Green for a tooth extraction and I would here something in 2 weeks. That was back in November!

Best dentist I've ever been too, so friendly and my teeth are the best they have been in a while, would highly recommend

Head dentist is a pain dealing money grabber.Had a filling years before coming to this dental practice and it never caused me any pain. Mr Gaff-or-ee (misspelt incase of gdpr violation) decided he could claim a job of the NHS and upgrade it for free" with a porcelain tooth-coloured replacement because I had briefly needed to claim benefits where I hadn't previously

I seen a new dentist kiera absolutely brilliant & professional and friendly very & welcoming. She put me at ease straight away. Best dental treatment I've ever received she's a credit to her profession

Utterly disgraceful surgery that falsely accuses people of owing money when they fail to record the correct information on records.Far worse is that this surgery is quite happy to leave you in severe pain for two weeks.

What a surprise, wrote an email but even that isn't a valid business email.Changing from NHS to private is just greed

Excellent professional and friendly service, from the reception and throughout my emergency appointment. Everything was well assessed and explained in full. The team had a great sense of humour which put me at ease, made an otherwise nervous appointment an absolute pleasure.

This dentist appears unable to keep up with advancements made to the management of covid. Forcing patients to wait outside in the freezing cold or pouring rain, often far beyond their appointment time even though there are no other patients inside. They have limited space in their waiting room and are trying to maintain social distancing, I understand that however, their general approach two years on is draconian and outdated to say the least. Their attitude to a polite challenge is sheer rudeness. They are a disgrace to the tens of thousands of NHS workers who have worked tirelessly throughout this epidemic with a smile and an encouraging attitude.
