Service level was faultless. Speed, professionalism and right-first-time from my first contacting Peter Cox to the delivery of the Certificate of Guarantee. The staff were most accommodating while the work at site was completed on-time. Site services spent quite some time on arrival applying carpet protective covering in my home to the access point for the treatment.
