In all our dealings with Ainsworth Lord Estates we have found Nicola to be extremely helpful professional. She was understanding and kind, and was always reassuring whenever we were in doubt. I feel like I was blessed the day I encountered Ainsworth Lord Estates.I've been painstakingly searching for a place to live for six months and in an overnight change in luck I was greeted by Ainsworth's team of highly competent, knowledgeable and polite staff. After one of their advertised properties caught my eye I booked a viewing (offered on my terms) to which the agent arrived on time, answered all my questions and immediately knew I wanted this to be my home!I hope the treatment I received becomes the new standard. Note this review is for the Blackburn as I am being ignored by the manager there. If you are renting with the Darwen office you might be fine but my experience has been awful with the other one.AVOID AVOID AVOIDIf you are planning to rent one of their properties, please don't make my mistake. Firstly, I will start by saying the regular staff members are actually nice. They will help you during the renting process and can be supportive. HOWEVER, once you have paid and moved to the property is when the problems start. You start having to deal with the higher" people who will give you a few problems and as other reviews clearly state
